If you want a different and unique camping experience, then come to Low Farm! We have exclusive blend of wildlife and modern camping experiences available to our guests. Our camping season runs April to September.
The campsite provides a quiet, peaceful and relaxed environment. EHU (Electric Hook up) pitches for those who want the comforts of home, but many campers choose to stake out their personal space in the wildlife area. Campers, caravanners and tourers are all welcome in addition to our tent campers.
We do cater for groups who can choose to organise their own area, and those who wish to "circle the wagons" are welcome to do so in our Wildlife area. Regimentation is avoided whenever possible, however on our EHU pitches, it is unavoidable to keep within your alotted space. Even in our Wildlife area, we may ask you to consider those who are also sharing nearby pitches.
The site has a chemical disposal point, fire pit and BBQ ash disposal, a 4 sink washing up facilities, a 4 shower (2 ladies and two gents) block and a a large toilet block.
We also offer Fire Pit hire and have logs for sale. When using our fire pits we ask they are returned having disposed of the ash in our allocated area.We remind guests that conditions remain very dry. While we are now permitting firepits, we ask that you wet the ground below them and that you have a substantial amount of water (bucket) nearby.
We also stock a range of Calor Gas (Butane and Propane), at competitive prices for those who need refills.
Minimum stay requirements:
We require a minimum stay of three nights over a Bank holiday weekend.
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights in our Pods.
Other general information to note:
Pets of all types are welcome, but we do ask for the safety of our guests and our four legged friends, that dogs be kept on a lead.
BBQ's and firepits are allowed, but no open fires on the ground are permitted under any circumstances. All other open fires, must comply with the safety requirements set out in our Terms and Conditions.
