Cottage Bookings


We're delighted you are hoping to join us at the Farm! We want to make the booking process as simple for everyone as possible, while moving to a contactless system. Below are the steps involved in booking a cottage with us. 


COVID-19 - Bookings update (23.02.21)


We can confirm that we will be accepting bookings from 12 April 2021 for single household guests! Please follow the procedure below to secure your booking!


Confirm Availibility


Please give us a call on 01473 736475 to confirm your cottage is available for the dates requested. 

Read and agree


Please read both our Covid Arrangements and Terms and Conditions documents and ensure you are happy with these before booking.

Make payment 


Make your payment (either deposit or payment in full depending on the booking date - see our Terms and conditions documents for details). Once we have confirmed your payment (deposit or payment) and recieved the completed Booking Form - we will confirm your reservation in writing via email. 

Pay your balance due


Make your final payment 1 month prior to arrival to ensure your booking. (eg payment in full is due on 14th May for a stay beginning on 14th June).

Complete the Booking Form


Complete the Cottages Booking Form in full, ensuring all sections and information are completed. You can save this form as a Word or PDF document. Please feel free to call us on 01473 736 475 if you are having any difficulty in downloading, completing or saving the form. Once completed - email the completed form to stayatlowfarm@gmail.com

Payment Methods


Our payment terms for cottages are a non-refundable £50.00 deposit to secure the booking, with the balance in full due 1 month prior to arrival. Please note, payment in full is required if booking less than 1 month before arrival

Our preferred method of payment is via BACS transfer.

Please put in the reference field: the arrival date of the booking (DD.MM.YY) followed by your last name eg: 25.05.20Jones. If your name is longer than the field enter as many charachters as it will accept.


Where bank payments (BACS transfer) cannot be made, please phone us to make arrangements for these payments.
